Harley Ultra Rinehart Slip Ons
Our Answer:
Tom....congrats on the cool ride......I envy you touring bike owners....they are ultra plush going down the road. My own bike is an 07 Nightrain that has been slammed and punched and while it looks cool and sounds great and goes like stink...it's not that comfortable, anyway, my problem.
As to your problem....sounds is very subjective...so I don't know if the Slip Ons would sound like your buddies full system....I found this video of a set of Slip Ons on an Ultra Classic and it sounds like most of the Rinehart full systems that I have ever heard.

I have the 2-1 rinehart on my 07 – has the tip turn a different shade of color yet mine has – My video was taken with a Kodak m763 camera the sound is better in person.

Did your engine light stay on when you put the Power Commander in?

Yep, got the Powercommander in there, still needs a dyno fine-tuning though…

I have them on my 2005 FLHPI. Did you have to remap the EFI?

I have an 06 Steetglide with the true duels. They sound great. My buddy just bought an 09 Streetglide and he pinched a couple bucks going for just the slipon type Rineharts. You can’t tell them apart as far as sound goes. They both sound great!
