I don't know how they compare to the 2 into 1 performance wise but they sound awesome and the quality is as good as you describe here. I installed mine myself and was surprised at how easy they went on, I've owned a number of motorcycles but never worked on them myself until this set of pipes. I recommend Vance and Hines 110 percent. I have the 2 into 2 Big Radius pipes on my softail….I prefer that style of pipe.
