Francesco...I have used Vance and Hines exhaust pipes on a number of different bikes over the years and one thing has been common to every pipe I got from them.

They're awesome. The fit and finish has always been dynamite and the sound of a Vance and Hines pipe is exactly what I like...it's loud at idle but not too loud and then when you crack the throttle the thing will wail at WOT.

The Pro Pipe that you are looking at gives a different exhaust note due to its design than a 2 into 2 style pipe. It will be a deeper and have more bass sound to it if that makes sense....I personally PREFER a 2 into 1 style pipe...they make better power and torque and I LOVE the sound.

I don't think you could go wrong with this pipe. Hit the search box at the top and type in Vance Harley Pro Pipe Black and see what comes up...you can often save a LOT Of money buying on Ebay.

Good Luck.

Hi, I have a 2001Custom Sportster 1200 with Screaming Eagle Pipes. I want some good sound. I have seen a Sporty with V&H slip-ons i.e. the top part of the Screaming Eagle Pipe remain with the last piece replaced with the V&H slip-ons. Can this be done and what price would the slip-ons be for the 1200?

Cheers,
Kevin
