Josh...nice choice on bikes...the 1200 Sporty is the unsung hero of the HD lineup in my opinion. They can be built into a fast little rig that will handle like a sport bike.....ok well maybe not just like a sport bike. Compared to one of the BIG HD's they will feel like a sport bike though.

The Vance and Hines SideShots are a hot looking pipe and will compliment that bike perfectly. As for whether they are legal, that I can't answer. It would seem to me that would depend on the noise ordinances in your area but I doubt you will have much issue.....I just can't say for sure.
